soooooo whats new?

I had a meeting with my manager today. We discussed my pay and hours and all that fun stuff. She showed me my new desk and office, I'll have a new laptop, and I'll have a custom fit chair :)

She asked me if I wanted full time or part time. I said I'd rather start off with part time because I need time to get use to actually leaving the house again. I could have worked mornings but I chose to work afternoons 1 -4, which is 15 hours a week. I'm happy with that.

I looked at my new desk today. I'll need to add a personal touch! Some pictures and stuff. I have my own office space this time since I'm a receptionist sorta. I'm glad about that, I'll be signing people in and out, doing computer work, easy peasy.

Hopefully life will start looking brighter again. I sure do hope so!

I'm kinda worried about taking the bus again, mostly because I have to get myself back into social situations again, I'll hopefully be able to work my way in.

Today, Lurel, Joyce, Jesse, and Ryan all watched the Olympic torch relay. We all knew the lady carrying the torch! She use to go to the CMHA all the time! We cheered her on. I got this bottle of coke that was made for the olympic torch relay. I'm going to save it, I save everything. I really wish I could go to the 2010 winter games. I'd stay with Rashy. =]

After meeting with the office, I went to my moms, had supper then came home. I'm so tired!

Last night, I slept through the whole night! I was so happy when Jon woke me up, yes, he woke me up and not the other way around!!!!! I know I got up to get water during the night. I don't even think I moved last night. My sheets werent twisted like they usually end up.

Thats all that happend today I suppose. I'm super excieted because I start on monday but I'm also scared because its something new to me and I don't want to fail >.<
